The key word here is quorum. So it’s not necessarily a meeting sitting in a room, everybody’s talking. Condo Association, Board members, if there’s a quorum presence, if you have five and three Board members are conducting business, that’s a meeting, believe it or not. It actually has to be noticed and the minutes have to be recorded. So Board members should be very careful with that. Literally, they can do a site inspection, just be walking the neighborhood. If there is a quorum present, meaning a majority of the folks there, that’s going to be considered a Board meeting.
