Yes. Visitation should never be withheld due to a non-payment of child support. Most of the Florida courts have a standing temporary order that is issued by the court as soon as a dissolution action is filed. The standing temporary order directs parents to uphold their obligation to ensure the children have frequent and ongoing contact with the other parent.
